This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by S G Enterprises, operating under the brand name eComHelp.

eComHelp provides professional consultancy and facilitation services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are governed by the stage of service delivery.

No Refund After Service Initiation

Once service processing has started, fees are strictly non-refundable.
Service initiation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Review of documents

  • Preparation of applications

  • Submission to government portals or third-party platforms

  • Coordination with service partners or professionals

Limited Refund Before Service Initiation

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The refund request is made before any work has commenced, and

  • No documents have been reviewed or processed

Any refund, if approved, is:

  • At the sole discretion of eComHelp

  • Subject to administrative or processing deductions, if applicable

No Refunds in the Following Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by government authorities or third-party platforms

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Failure to respond to document or verification requests in a timely manner

  • Failure to submit required documents within a reasonable time after payment

Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing timelines depend on the payment gateway or bank and are outside our control
